Camp/Event Disclaimer
I acknowledge that during events, my child will be participating in activities at The Friendship Factory. I release The Friendship Factory from all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to loss, damage, or injury from any unforeseen events. I certify that my child is in good health and capable of participating in the activities. I agree to inform the staff of any medical conditions or special needs that my child may have, and I authorize the staff to seek medical treatment for my child in case of emergency. If applicable to the event, Lunch/ Dinner will be provided during. We kindly ask that if your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, you pack a lunch for them that aligns with their needs. Please clearly label your child’s lunch with their name. Events are filled with many fun, creative activities. We do our best to protect clothing and don’t anticipate any issues, but if you have any concerns, please send your child in appropriate clothing for arts and crafts. I also understand that photographs or videos may be taken during events for event activities and social promotional purposes.
By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing directly from the independently owned and operated Friendship Factory franchise location hosting the event, camp, party, or experience selected at checkout. Each Friendship Factory franchise is solely responsible for the fulfillment, delivery, and execution of its events, products, and services. In the event that a franchise location is unable to fulfill an order for any reason, the responsibility for communication of the cancellation, refund, or repayment rests solely with the individual franchisee. The Friendship Factory Franchise LLC (the franchisor) is not responsible for fulfillment, refunds, or financial obligations related to purchases made through a franchise location’s website or Square account.
